1st Semester: Foundations of Vedic Astrology

Introduction to Vedic Astrology: Overview of how a birth chart (Kundali) is constructed using planets (Grahas), signs (Rashis), and houses (Bhavas). 

Students will learn the basic structure of the chart and how to begin reading it. 

Houses (Bhavas): An in-depth study of the twelve houses and their significance in a person’s life, including associations with people, places, events, and psychological aspects. • House-to-House Relationships (Bhavat Bhavam)Analysis of how houses derive advanced meanings when interpreted in relation to one another. For example, the 8th house is the 2nd from the 7th and thus indicates the partner’s finances.

Planets (Grahas): Study of each planet’s core meanings, energies, and significations. Students will learn the concept of Karakas (indicators) and which people or areas of life each planet governs.

Signs (Rashis): Examination of the 12 zodiac signs, their ruling planets, qualities, and how they influence or modify the behavior of planets residing in them. Their roots lie in the fixed stars.

Aspects (Drishti): Exploration of the spatial relationships between planets. Each planet has unique aspectual capabilities which affect the strength and influence of planets and houses. • Yogas (Planetary Combinations)“Yoga” means union.
Students will study planetary combinations that result in significant life outcomes—both beneficial (wealth, success) and challenging (suffering, obstacles).

Nakshatras (27 Lunar Mansions): The 27 Nakshatras, or star constellations, are essential to understanding deeper planetary meanings. Each has a ruling deity, symbol, and mythology that provide profound insight into character and fate.

2nd Semester: Intermediate Techniques and Predictive Tools

Planetary Cycles, Retrograde Motion, and Stations: Study of planetary movement, including retrograde phases, direct motion, and stations. A planet’s speed and direction influence its potency and outcomes. 

Transits (Gochara): Analysis of current planetary movements in relation to the birth chart. This technique helps predict events based on planetary influences on natal positions. 

Dashas (Maha Dasha, Bhukti, Antara): The Vimshottari Dasha system is the cornerstone of Vedic predictive astrology. Students will learn how to analyze life phases and transitions through planetary periods. 

Divisional Charts (Vargas): Introduction to divisional charts such as Navamsa (D9), Dasamsa (D10), and others. These charts focus on specific life areas like marriage, career, and children. 

Special Rules in Vedic Astrology: A simplified and practical guide to important rules. This module focuses on clarifying commonly misunderstood principles to streamline the learning process. 
Eclipses and Rahu/KetuStudy of lunar and solar eclipses and the role of Rahu and Ketu in destiny. These points predict major life shifts and karmic transformations. 

Dispositors: Understanding planetary dispositors—the planets that rule the sign another planet is in—is key to interpreting why planets act the way they do. 

Kala Sarpa Yoga powerful configuration involving all planets positioned between Rahu and Ketu. This yoga can bring extremes of success and suffering based on karmic patterns.

3rd Semester: Advanced Application and Case Studies

Kala Sarpa Yoga: Case Study of Christina Onassis & Athina RousselAnalyzing how Kala Sarpa Yoga shaped the lives of heiresses Christina Onassis and her daughter Athina, illustrating dramatic karmic highs and lows.

House-to-House Transits: Princess CarolineLearning predictive techniques using derivative houses. For example, the 8th house from the 4th house predicted the passing of Princess Caroline’s mother, Grace Kelly. 

Predicting Marriage and Children: Using transits and dashas to predict the timing and potential for marriage and childbirth, supported by real-life chart examples.

Wealth in a Birth Chart: Identification of key chart factors and combinations that indicate financial prosperity, inheritance, and earning potential. 

Sudden Wealth and Loss: Lottery WinnersStudying the planetary combinations that indicate lottery winnings and sudden financial rises—as well as the causes of dramatic financial falls. 

Career Predictions: Techniques to assess the most suitable career paths using the birth chart and how to identify periods of opportunity and advancement.

Chart Interpretation: Integration of all techniques learned so far—house rulers, planetary placements, aspects, yogas, dashas, and transits—for complete chart analysis. 

Life of Ernest and Julio Gallo: A biographical case study of the Gallo brothers, whose charts reflect immense hardship and success, revealing predictive themes. 

4th Semester: World Events and Collective Karma

Spiritual Indicators in the Chart: Examination of the houses, planets, signs, and Nakshatras that reveal spiritual tendencies and potential for enlightenment.

World Prediction Guidelines: A framework for forecasting global events using planetary alignments, eclipses, retrogrades, and conjunctions. 

World Predictions for 2017: A retrospective example of yearly forecasting—how transits, dasha shifts, and eclipse cycles were used to predict global trends in 2017. 

Earthquakes and Airline Crashes: Astrological analysis of major natural disasters and aviation tragedies, including the 1906 San Francisco and 2011 Japan earthquakes. 

Assassinations and World Wars: Examination of planetary patterns surrounding major assassinations (e.g., JFK, Lincoln) and the onset of global wars. 

Pandemics and Global Disease: Identification of astrological configurations linked with outbreaks and epidemics across history. 

Economy and Stock Market: Predictive astrology techniques for financial cycles, recessions, and stock market fluctuations.

Vedic Yearly Chart (Pisces New Moon): Each year, the New Moon in Pisces sets the tone for the upcoming year. This chart can also be cast for different global locations to predict regional events.

5th Semester: Mastery, Rectification, and Electional Astrology

Varshaphal (Solar Return Charts): Every birthday creates a new annual chart when the Sun returns to its natal position. This chart offers insight into themes and events for the coming year.

Ashtakavarga System: Study of this point-based system to evaluate planetary strength and results during transit. Higher bindus indicate better outcomes. 

Remedial Measures: Omens, Gems, Yantras, MantrasExploration of traditional remedies to balance planetary effects. This includes gemstone therapy, mantras, and recognizing divine omens.

Chart Rectification: Techniques to determine birth time when unknown or uncertain, using life events, transits, and dashas to reverse-engineer the ascendant.

Electional Astrology (Muhurta) & Horary (Prashna): Choosing the most auspicious time for important events like marriage, business launches, and surgery. Horary astrology answers specific questions by casting a chart for the moment the question is asked. 

Relationship Compatibility (Synastry): Comparison of two charts to assess romantic or interpersonal compatibility, karmic links, and relationship dynamics. 

Advanced Systems: Jaimini, KP, and Rashi Aspects: Introduction to Jaimini astrology, Karakas, and KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) techniques, including the use of Nakshatra dispositors and Rashi aspects. 

Lunar Analysis: Panchanga ElementsStudy of Tithi (lunar day), Nakshatra, Karana, Yoga, Vaar (weekday), and planetary strength indicators such as Shad Bala and Tara Bala for daily predictions.

6th Semester: Advanced Predictions and Professional Practice

Predict Marriage: Students are given a chart to analyze marriage prospects. Focus is placed on identifying key astrological indicators and calculating the timing of marriage events.

Health and Disease: Exploration of an individual’s health potential through astrology, with emphasis on predicting vulnerabilities and diseases they may be prone to.

Wealth and Money: Study of financial prospects, analyzing when money will come, and whether wealth arises from personal effort, marriage, or inheritance.

Career: Assessment of career directions indicated in charts, including opportunities, timing for job changes, and advancement.

Remedial Measures: Training in prescriptive astrology: gemstones, mantras, and psychological guidance to support clients in overcoming challenges.

Muhurta: Application of electional astrology for practical use. Students choose auspicious dates for marriage and business ventures, including starting their own astrological practice.

Setting Up Your Astrological Business: Guidance on establishing a professional astrology practice. Topics include self-promotion, writing, publishing, and building credibility.

Final Exam: A comprehensive reading exercise where students conduct a full analysis. Tutors provide supervision, feedback, and practical guidance.
